Warm fleece blankets for children

Izzy B Designs, a family run business, was started following the birth of my first granddaughter, Isabelle. Struggling to find the right sized blanket for my daughter to use with her three-wheeled buggy, I designed one for her in a more suitable semi-circular shape, eliminating corners which would otherwise trail in the wheels. My unique buggy blanket,* made in a lightweight and warm fleece fabric, soon caught the eye of other mums, who thought it was a great idea. And so a new business was born!

Now at school, both Isabelle and her younger sister Francesca, continue to use their original buggy blankets as a wrap to snuggle in when curled up on the sofa, reading bedtime stories, or travelling in the car.

I subsequently designed larger, similarly-shaped blankets, for older children and adults to use as a cosy knee or shoulder wrap. The larger blankets are just the right size for use with wheelchairs and mobility scooters, or as travel rugs for car and plane journeys. Ideal for scouts and guides to use when camping. Customers also use them for their pampered pets to sit on!
